Powerlifting Technique Assessment

A focused review for the lifter who wants experienced eyes on the lifts before committing to ongoing coaching.

A useful technique review connects what the bar is doing to what you should change next.

What gets reviewed

[PH] Confirm the number of lifts, camera angles, written or video deliverable, turnaround time, and whether a follow-up retest is included.

What the review should produce

The output should prioritise the highest-leverage correction, explain the cue or setup change, and give you a way to judge the next set.

Assessment process

1

Submit

Send the agreed lift footage from the requested angles.

2

Review

Cris identifies setup, execution, and competition-standard issues.

3

Apply

Receive a prioritised correction plan instead of an unranked list of cues.

4

[PH] Retest

Confirm whether a follow-up set and second review are part of the service.

Example breakdowns

Original lift analysis will replace these placeholders.

Technique assessment questions

Can I submit all three lifts?

[PH] Confirm the final service scope before launch.

Is this the same as ongoing coaching?

No. This is intended as a focused review; ongoing coaching also adapts the full program and follows the lift across training weeks.

Which camera angles should I use?

[PH] Publish Cris's required angles with the confirmed submission instructions.

Find the correction that matters first.
